We meet and exceed our customers' specification requirements for quality by employing strict process controls over operating procedures, prints, specifications, and measuring instruments. We practice advanced quality planning, which involves the use of such tools as Failure Effects Mode Analysis (FEMA), to take a proactive approach to quality assurance.
